Today, in anticipation of employees affected by Hurricane Michael needing additional paid leave, NTEU National President Tony Reardon asked Secretary Alex Azar to establish an Emergency Leave Transfer Program (ELTP) for HHS employees for those who have been impacted by Hurricane Michael.
