CDER Survey — Workplace Harassment and Civility

FDA has provided NTEU with a courtesy notice regarding CDER’s plan to distribute a voluntary and anonymous survey to CDER employees in Chapters 254 and 282 regarding workplace harassment and civility. The electronic survey will be distributed on or about October 25, 2018.

The FDA anticipates distributing the survey electronically to bargaining unit employees on or about October 25, 2018. A copy of the survey is available for review upon request to your chapter president.

The agency has stated that if the FDA/CDER decides to make any changes to bargaining unit employees’ conditions of employment based on the survey results, it will provide NTEU with notice and an opportunity to bargain consistent with applicable law and its obligations under the HHS-NTEU Collective Bargaining Agreement.

If you have any questions or comments regarding the proposed changes, please share them with your chapter president expeditiously.
