Survey from NTEU National to HHS/FDA Employees

NTEU sent to HHS/FDA bargaining unit employees a short survey to gauge the importance of issues and willingness to become engaged in the fight.

Providing inputAs NTEU continues to pressure HHS to return to the bargaining table through legal and legislative means at the national level, engaging chapter members is just as important. NTEU sent a short survey to all HHS/FDA employees to assess the issues that are of most importance to us and will help them determine what we are willing to do to keep the rights and benefits guaranteed to us in the CBA.

The survey is important as NTEU plans future activities and develop new tools to engage employees. HHS/FDA needs to understand that their large, talented workforce is as invested in this struggle as NTEU’s leadership and staff. NTEU National will share these survey results with you both in aggregate and by chapter, to the extent possible.

You can't break a stick in a bundleI fear that employee unwillingness to fight for the CBA may result in us losing this battle. But there is still hope if we rise together against the HHS proposals. As with everything, we get out what we put in. Please be honest in your survey responses to ensure that your actions reflect your responses.

If you have not received the survey, please contact your chapter president.
