Flier on NTEU’s Historic Victory

News of the decision in NTEU’s lawsuit against the President’s Executive Orders should be widely distributed.

NTEU Court Victory Flier: THE HEADLINES SAY IT ALL! "In victory for unions, judge overturns key parts of Trump executive orders" -The Washington Post. "Judge rules against Trump’s attempt to weaken federal unions" - USA Today. "Judge strikes down Trump’s federal workforce executive orders" - Politico. NTEU prevailed in federal court when a judge ruled that nine provisions in the anti-union, anti-employee executive orders that NTEU challenged violated existing federal law. This is a historic victory for our union and shows what we can accomplish when we stand together. Learn more at www.nteu.org. NTEU - Protecting Federal Workers Since 1938.

In challenging times, a win is something to take a moment to savor. NTEU’s lawsuit against President Trump’s three Executive Orders is such a moment. While we have communicated extensively about it to you, I wanted to provide you with a flier that you could post and distribute in your workplaces per Article 9, Section 8, of the CBA. I already notified the employer about this flier, so you don’t have to.

Because this is representational information, you may use agency paper to print and copy this flier for posting and distribution (desk drop). However, you must do so on personal time (during your lunch break or before or after work).

Thanks in advance.
