According to the notice, the SOP is a compilation of best practices obtained from SOPs that were used in the District Offices prior to Program Alignment, but is clearer and more defined. The agency claims that the SOP will ensure consistency for 12 divisions to accomplish their Work Planning and to provide clear expectations of responsibilities and procedures for receiving, assigning and tracking activities associated with Work Planning. This SOP will apply to all OHAFO division offices. A copy of the SOP and informational document are available upon request.
