ORA Handling EIR Related Records SOP

FDA has provided notice to NTEU, per Article 3 of the CBA, of a new Standard Operating Procedure regarding Handling Establishment Inspection Reports (EIR) Related Records.

Image of files or records in hanging foldersFDA recently notified NTEU that ORA’s Office of Human and Animal Food Operations proposes to implement a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) regarding Handling Establishment Inspection Reports (EIR) Related Records.

In order to learn more about the change, NTEU has requested a briefing and to bargain. If you have any questions or comments regarding this matter, please share them with your chapter president expeditiously so we can bring them up during the briefing.
