The 2018 FEEA scholarship application is now available.

Federal Employee Education and Assistance Fund (FEEA) logoThe annual Federal Employee Education and Assistance Fund (FEEA) scholarship application period is open through March 21, 2018. Current civilian federal and postal employees with at least three years of service can apply. Around 300 students will win scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $5,000, with an additional $5,000 through the FEEA-NTEU Scholarship. Current employees can be part-time students; dependents must be full-time.

This flier will help you inform others in your workplace of this opportunity. The flier features excerpts of thank-you notes from last year’s recipients of FEEA-NTEU scholarships.

WHAT DO NTEU-FEEA Scholarships MEAN TO RECIPIENTS? Read their own words: “This school has allowed me to gain my confidence as an individual in pursuing my career dreams of becoming a firefighter. I will strive to uphold the trust that you have placed in me in achieving the academic success that you deserve.” “I would like to thank the National Treasury Employees Union for believing in me and my capabilities. I hope to make you all proud to have invested in my future through my accomplishments.” “As I look to continue and grow a career dedicated to the successful delivery and financing of government health insurance to our low-income populations, the financial assistance you have provided makes the achievement of these goals attainable.” Federal employees and their family members can apply for FEEA scholarships now through March 21, 2018.
