Lunch and Learn on the NTEU-FDA Agreement on ORA Program Alignment

ORA bargaining unit employees (BUEs) stationed in Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Utah, please join us via WebEx and teleconference to learn more about the FDA-NTEU Agreement on ORA Program Alignment and what it means to you. This webcast will be on Friday, June 9, 2017, at 12:00 p.m. Central (11:00 a.m. Mountain).

This lunch and learn is only for bargaining unit employees (BUEs) regardless of membership status. If interested in attending this lunch and learn, please email Chapter President David Arvelo, before the event scheduled start time, for connection information. Incidentally, if interested in joining NTEU, BUEs may do so by submitting a completed Standard Form 1187 to Chapter President David Arvelo per Article 8 of the CBA.

This lunch-and-learn is scheduled to last about 30 minutes. If you need more time than your 30-minute lunch break, please arrange with your supervisor ahead of time to either flex your lunch break per Article 25, Section 2 L, of the CBA, or request leave.

Article 10, Section 6, of the CBA allows union representatives to use official time to conduct training or activities on labor relations issues for employees.
