2017 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey

Responding to a surveyOnce again, the employee viewpoint survey is open to anonymously collect your views and experiences. Have things improved since last survey? Has it been same ol’ – same ol’? Or have you seen improvements in the workplace? Let the survey know.

You may have already received your individual invite in your work email from Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey-HE, evhe@opm.gov. I already received mine earlier today. The subject line is “2017 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey.” The link to the survey is exclusively for your use. That’s because the survey wants each employee to answer only once. Therefore, please do not forward your email to others.

Answering the survey will take about 25 minutes, and you may use duty time to do so.

While participation is voluntary, your feedback is critical to improving working conditions at FDA. You see, the survey results are available to NTEU, and NTEU can use those results to bargain for better working conditions. You may have already seen positive changes as result of your feedback. If you haven’t, please persist and continue to provide your feedback by responding to this survey.

Email evhe@opm.gov if you have any questions or difficulties accessing the survey, or call the Survey Support Center at 1-855-OPM-FEVS (1-855-676-3387). If the format of any material in the survey interferes with your ability to complete it due to an issue with accessibility caused by a disability, such as assistive technology-compatibility, please contact evs@opm.gov for additional assistance.
