ORA Division of Communications Assignment Process

FDA recently notified NTEU that its Office of Regulatory Affairs (ORA) Headquarters and Southwest Region plan to implement a Division of Communications Assignment Process Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Per the notice, the SOP will describe the overall work assignment process for the Division of Communications located within the Office of Communications and Quality Program Management (OCQPM).

To learn more about the proposed SOP, NTEU has requested a briefing and to bargain. The parties’ MOU regarding ORA’s Quality Management System governs the implementation of SOPs.

I welcome and encourage bargaining unit employees affected by this change to provide their feedback on this subject.
