Settlement of ULP Regarding the Agency’s Failure to Comply with Terms of a Prior Settlement Agreement

United States Federal Labor Relations Authority (seal)On December 6, 2016, HHS and NTEU executed a settlement agreement to resolve the ULP charge NTEU filed regarding the agency’s failure to abide by the parties’ September 16, 2015 settlement agreement with respect to the agency’s failure to post the collective bargaining agreement.

Per the terms of this settlement agreement, the agency will be required to post an electronic copy of the collective bargaining agreement on each division’s intranet, as well as e-mail a copy of the collective bargaining agreement to all bargaining unit employees. HHS is also required to post a notice from the Federal Labor Relations Authority stating that the agency will comply with all settlement agreements.
