A collaborative relationship between the union and management benefits employees, the agency and the American consumer, agreed National President Tony Reardon and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) Director Richard Cordray in a joint appearance last week.

The two leaders, who met to discuss employee issues earlier in the week, noted that they would work together to resolve employee concerns in formal and informal settings.
