GSA HHS Employee Commuting Survey, 02/08-12/2016

Responding to a surveyGeneral Services Administration (GSA) is conducting a short survey to help the agency measure and report greenhouse gas emissions. This report is required by Executive Order 13693, Planning for Federal Sustainability in the Next Decade.

The survey should take no more than 10 minutes of your time, but your responses may help expand the Agency’s use of telework (Article 26) and Public Transportation Subsidies (Article 53) of the 2014 HHS-NTEU Consolidated Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

In order to ensure that survey responses are completed only once by each employee, GSA has emailed you a unique survey link. Please do not share your unique survey since each link can be completed only once.

GSA assures us that your responses are completely confidential (permanently separated from your email address).
